Emergency Services & Response

Our emergency program coordinators work to assist families in the community in the event of a community emergency. They work on plans for disaster prevention, response and recovery and will activate our emergency operations centre during the time of need. Semiahmoo is home to the lower mainlands only First Nation “All Hazard Alerts Broadcasting Program”. Our team conducts regular training exercises with neighboring authorities.
